The African-American Faithful have historically been the bedrock of the community, but until know it has been relegated to daylight only radio stations. Niagara Independent Media has partnered with Excel Radio Networks to change that. Beginning Monday, December 18, 2006, Western New York has a 5000 watt Urban Inspirational station. And so far the response has been tremendous, with well-wishers calling in from all over the region.
